What is the difference between our Horizontal and Vertical Blocks?
Corromount Blocks are rectangular in shape, so if you want your block to be sitting correctly you will need to choose the right option for your project.
Choose Vertical if the corrogated iron you are mounting to is running vertically (up and down) as shown in the photo below:
Choose Horizontal if the corrogated iron is running horizontally (left to right):
What do the Ridge and Valley options mean?
As shown in the image below, choose Valley when you would like to mount your fitting at the low point of the corrugated iron wave.
Choose Ridge when you would like to fit-off at the high point of the wave, up on the ridge.

Made from a UV resistant, sustainable, recycled wood and plastic composite, our 122mm Corromount Round is solid throughout. It can be cut, drilled, sanded, prepped and painted, no different than working with a piece of timber. It is extremely strong and resilient and handles heavy duty installs without breaking a sweat.
Corromount Round looks fantastic, it can be painted to seamlessly work in with any project, and with UV resistance as its core, will withstand the harsh Australian summers year in year out.
Available in both Ridge and Valley options, so you can choose the optimal position to mount your fixture – on the high point (ridge) or the low point (valley) of the corrugated iron.
